CleverPower, a provider of energy solutions for large companies, needed a new website that would represent the business properly and reinforce its professional image ahead of a major international industry conference. In three weeks, we built a modern, bilingual, SEO-optimised website that didn't just support the conference — it became a long-term growth tool for the business online. CleverPower needed a new website ready ahead of AMPER, a major international energy industry conference. Their existing website was outdated, didn't reflect the strength of the brand and wasn't built to support real business performance — a serious weak point ahead of an event where major contracts get decided. Three weeks to prepare for the industry launch

From the first workshop, three priorities were clear: speed, quality and tight organisation. The conference was only three weeks away, but that time pressure couldn't be allowed to compromise the result.

We took an approach built for maximum efficiency without cutting corners. Based on our analysis, we defined the essentials for the new site: simple content management, multi-language support, SEO optimisation and a conversion-focused structure leading visitors toward the enquiry form. We built on Webflow, which let us work on design, content and testing in parallel while maintaining a high visual and technical standard throughout.

We broke the project into clear phases with defined outputs and timelines, and agreed on close, intensive collaboration with the client — fast approvals, efficient communication, no delays or misunderstandings along the way.

Building design, content, and code in parallel

Design, content and the technical build all came together in parallel. Webflow let us assemble the key components into a fully functional site quickly, without sacrificing detail or quality.

Visual identity played a defining role — we developed it into a concrete design concept, from graphic elements to tone of voice, all aligned with the client's offline materials, including their conference booth. The digital experience reinforced the in-person one, and vice versa.

Throughout development, we delivered working test versions to the client, refining not just the look but the content and micro-conversions along the way. The final website is the product of close collaboration — exactly as it should be.
