Expertise that needed a platform worthy of it

Contin is among the absolute leaders in independent loss adjustment and insurance risk analysis. They're innovators actively pushing their industry forward. But while their work in the field relies on the latest 3D scanners and thermal imaging cameras, their website had been stuck in the past. Our task was to close that gap and create a presentation as professional, precise and forward-thinking as the company itself.

Making technical credibility felt, not just claimed

The old website didn't reflect who Contin really is — a sharp, ambitious company that sets the direction for its industry. We wanted the technological sophistication of the brand to be felt the moment someone lands on the site, not just read as an empty buzzword.

Beyond the homepage and About page, the heart of the solution is three core service pages: loss adjustment, risk analysis and forensic field investigation. We structured the content to explain the fundamentals clearly, while still leaving room for the technical depth that matters most to insurance partners — who need to verify Contin's expertise and methodology before entering into a partnership.

A design that mirrors the work itself

We leaned into restrained, functional minimalism that reinforces the brand's stability while feeling genuinely modern through interactive detail. The centrepiece is a mosaic of backlit squares — a visual metaphor for Contin's meticulous, detail-by-detail process. Each square represents a piece of evidence the experts evaluate one by one, until a clear, well-founded conclusion emerges from the chaos. Without a single word, the design captures the essence of their business: bringing order to complex cases and assembling many small pieces into one clear picture.

Getting it right meant understanding the business first

The active phase of the project took just over a month, from the first workshop to going live. The most important part was the start — beyond reviewing the materials, we spent real time in discussion understanding the actual substance of our client's business: how they define their work, what sets them apart from competitors, and which of their guarantees matter most to clients. As outsiders, we asked every question an average visitor would need answered, and shaped the structure and content around that.

That alignment meant we got the core message right from the first draft, and Contin's feedback was limited to small refinements. The design process moved just as smoothly — once we agreed on the direction, the client trusted our judgement on the finer decisions. The project came together quickly and on schedule, without compromising on quality.

The website now works as hard as the company behind it

The solution includes an intuitive CMS for managing the expert blog and Careers section, giving Contin's team full independence to update content themselves. The website no longer holds the company back — it actively helps sell their expertise. The entire system is also technically prepared for future growth, including straightforward rollout of additional language versions to support upcoming expansion into new markets.
